Your account

Anela lets you start before it asks you for anything. Here is what works without an account, what an account adds, and where your settings live.

Type a sentence on the home page or the dashboard and Anela AI starts. Without an account you are a visitor: you get free credits and one project, and each message you send can keep Anela AI building for up to an hour, as long as your credits last. The project is kept for seven days; a note in the editor says until when.

The first time you press something that needs an account, such as Publish, Share, Restore, the plus button to attach a file, or New project, a small card called Create your free account names the feature and offers Log in or Sign up for free. Do that and the project you started comes with you, chat and all. Nothing is lost.

That card is the door to use. Logging in some other way, such as Log in on the home page, opens your account without the visitor project. It is not lost: log out, and the visitor project is back, with the card in it to bring it along.

A visitor without an account gets one project. To start a second one, create a free account first.

Press Sign up for free on the home page, or Log in if you already have an account. The login screen takes your email and a password, or one of the login options it shows. Login is handled by our identity provider, so Anela never sees or stores your password.

Forgot your password? Use the password link on the login screen and follow the email it sends.

Logging in on a phone works the same way. Find your way around says how Anela looks there.

Settings in the dashboard rail holds everything about you and how Anela looks:

  • Profile. Your name, which you can edit in place. It saves as you type.
  • Account. Your email address, and the Password row, whose Change button takes you to change it. It asks for your current password first.
  • Appearance. Light, dark, or match your device. The moon and sun button in the editor and on the dashboard switches it too.
  • Language. English or Spanish, for menus, help, emails and Anela AI. It does not change the language of the website you are building unless you ask for that.
  • Notifications. Browser notifications, so you can switch tabs during a long build and be told when it finishes.
  • Usage. Your plan and the credits you have left, with a way to the Billing page. How credits work.
  • Log out. Logs you out of Anela on this device.

At the bottom of Settings, Delete account removes your account, your sites and your domains. It asks you to type your email address to confirm, because there is no way back: your sites go offline, your domains are released, your credits are gone, and your projects and personal information are deleted. Afterwards only the billing records the law requires and the limited records needed to keep Anela secure and working are kept, as the privacy page says. If you want to keep a project’s code, download it as a zip first.

To delete one project and keep your account, open the menu on the project’s card on the dashboard and choose Delete.

Your prompts, your projects and your secrets are never used to train AI models. The privacy page says what Anela keeps, for how long, and the choices you have.
