Out of credits
What you see: a card saying Out of credits with buttons to upgrade or buy credits (and, while Referrals runs, Refer and earn), or, under a message that was not sent, “Not sent: there are no credits to build with right now. Add credits, then press Retry.”
What it means
Section titled “What it means”Your balance reached zero, so the next build cannot start. A build that was already running was allowed to finish a little past zero.
Nothing else changed. Your project, your published site, your versions and your chat are exactly as they were.
What to do
Section titled “What to do”- Press Buy credits or Upgrade plan on the card, or open Billing on the dashboard.
- Choose a top-up, or a plan with a larger monthly amount, and pay. Credits arrive right away.
- Go back to the project and press Retry under the message that was not sent, or send your message again. The stopped build does not resume on its own.
If you expected free credits
Section titled “If you expected free credits”The free plan gives a small amount of credits each day, up to a monthly total. They need a confirmed email address: check your inbox, and the spam folder, for the confirmation email. The Daily spin on the dashboard rail is another way to pick some up, once a day. While Referrals runs, inviting friends is a third: the Refer and earn button on the card opens it. Referrals: invite friends.
