Get found on Google and in AI tools

Once your site is published, search engines and AI tools can read it. Showing up where people search takes a few steps that only you, the owner, can do, and Anela helps with the rest.

For a business people visit, or one that goes to its customers, the most useful first step is a free Google Business Profile at google.com/business. It’s what puts you on Google Maps and in the business box on Google Search.

  1. Create it, or claim the one Google already made, with your business name, your address (or the area you serve, if you go to customers), phone, hours and category.
  2. Put your site’s address as the website.
  3. Let Google check it’s yours. It often asks for a short video of the place, a call, a text or a postcard, and that can take a few days.
  4. Add photos, keep your hours current (holidays too), and reply to every review.

Then add the same details to Bing Places for Business and Apple Business Connect, both free, for Bing and Apple Maps.

  • Your home page’s words for AI tools. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Bing get the words on your home page when they open it. Google reads your site itself.
  • Who has found your site. Open a project, press Files, then Analytics. It shows when Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude last read your site. They usually come before people do.
  • Tell search engines when you publish. A switch on the same tab, off until you turn it on. From then on, every publish tells Bing, and through it Copilot and DuckDuckGo. Leave it off for a page only meant for the people you send it to.
  • Your QR code. Once your site is published, Share, beside Publish, shows it, and Download QR code saves one you can print for your counter, tables, window, receipts or flyers.

Press Make my plan on the Analytics tab, or ask in the chat: “Make me a short plan to get more customers for my site.” Anela AI answers with 3 to 5 steps that fit your kind of business (a restaurant, a shop online, a portfolio, an event page), such as your Google profile, reviews from regulars, your QR code, WhatsApp and Instagram. It doesn’t change your site unless you ask, and it uses credits like any message.

Nobody can promise a ranking, a date or a number of visits. The Analytics tab shows what really happens.
